WC&C April General Membership Meeting

To all signatory contractor members of WC&C:

As per our bylaws we are required to have an election of four officers (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasury) and five board members every three years.  Since our current president has chosen not to continue in that position, he will automatically occupy the position of Chairman of the Board and serve as a board member. Accordingly, we will have nominations at our April General Membership meeting and additional nominations and voting at our May General Membership meeting.  Those elected members will begin a three-year term starting on June 1, 2025.

Any member officially representing a member company in good standing may nominate another individual to the position of officer or board member.
